ADVANCED MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES was founded in 1988 by N. DOUGlas Mack, CET, P.MM to provide manufacturer's with temporary Operations Management expertise, where in house skills are insufficient or do not exist.

With decades of practical, progressive, experience in industrial management and engineering, supplemented by decades of varied projects, and an acknowledged group of associates, the core skills of the individuals have grown and provide a synergy that facilitates broader capabilities.

These broader capabilities are typified by "overall analysis of operations for the identification of opportunities", "determination of various solutions", "optimization of improvement implementations" and "assistance with sourcing solution vendors". Typically, AMT provides "project Management" services for "solutions" within AMT's scope of expertise. Additionally, as experienced industrial and institutional trainers, AMT associates frequently teach client personnel various of their core competencies. AMT associates also regularly apply their core skills when client personnel are not available for training.

AMT's objective is to help clients instil a sense of urgency for, and to implement World Class Continuous Improvement. All stakeholders (customers, suppliers, shareholders, employees, environment, and community) are represented in this AMT philosophy. Traditionally, the majority of AMT projects have a “net cost of less than zero".
